  • Oversee the development of over 100-hours of training and up to 7 project calendars annually for the Kaiser East Bay Optimization & Training team, including creating quarterly training courses based on new software updates and upcoming multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Align objectives, bridge communications with, and support regional instructional designers to facilitate the creation of engaging and relevant courses, local job aids, and training materials based on local needs.
  • Liaise with executive leadership and managers to execute training operations across four hospital campuses.
  • Handle all aspects of project management training development for the Kaiser Northern CA team.
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of trainings on various topics to 4000+ stakeholders per year. Topics include Dragon Medical One speech to text software; Epic EMR optimization, new hire training for physicians and staff; technical workflows for various medical specialties; Microsoft Teams; improving clinical workflow efficiency; and increasing learner satisfaction.
